Download them ,save them to C:\Program Files\Atari\Deer Hunter 2005\Game\CustomLevels ]You may need to create a "CustomLevels" folder inside the Game Folder. If they are in a zipped format, you must unzip them first. After putting maps in this location you should be able to play them offline and online.
So look at the image below and it will show you what should be inside your game folder.
